📋 Description

• Provide technical expertise in the management of LAN/WAN networks • Implement, support, and evaluate network infrastructure • Lead testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, and support activities • Collaborate with network team members and business stakeholders to define requirements and resolve technical challenges • Implement and enhance network services and infrastructure • Evaluate existing systems and processes and develop optimization strategies • Create and maintain documentation for network configurations, systems, services, and processes • Coordinate and execute in-depth testing, including end-user reviews • Monitor and assess network performance and prepare performance statistics and reports • Support, maintain, and optimize global Cisco ISE and Cisco SD-WAN deployments • Support and optimize global Palo Alto deployments, including on-premises firewalls and Prisma Access SASE • Resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, and provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing • Support network integration, transition, and operational activities associated with mergers and acquisitions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Typically possesses a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5–10 years of relevant experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to plan and execute assigned projects and tasks effectively • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Advanced knowledge of IT networking hardware and software and their impact on business processes • Cisco CCNP certification preferred • Palo Alto certification is a plus
