📋 Description

• Coordinate operational logistics for participating teams before tournaments, including Team Participation Agreements, prize money and travel • Coordinate with participating teams, Tournament Services, Finance and Legal to deliver requirements on time • Manage team travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas and other event-related logistics • Identify logistical risks and coordinate their resolution • Act as the primary point of contact for participating teams during tournaments • Provide timely operational support and maintain communication between teams and GRID stakeholders • Coordinate outstanding prize money, Team Participation Agreements and travel-related requirements after tournaments • Maintain accurate logistics records and visibility of outstanding actions and key operational information • Support post-event reviews and identify improvements to team logistics and the overall team experience • Ensure payment cycles and agreements are accurate and timely • Resolve or appropriately escalate logistical issues

🎯 Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented • Confident managing multiple stakeholders, deadlines and priorities • Clear communication skills • Ability to manage team travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas and other event-related logistics • Ability to identify logistical risks and coordinate their resolution • Ability to coordinate Team Participation Agreements, prize money and travel requirements • Ability to maintain accurate logistics records and provide visibility of outstanding actions • Ability to work on a B2B contract • Ability to work in the LATAM timezone • Previous experience working directly with esports teams, players or tournament participants (nice to have) • Experience in esports tournament logistics, team services, event operations or travel coordination (nice to have) • Experience coordinating participation agreements, contracts, invoices, prize money or other event-related financial processes (nice to have) • Experience managing international team travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, ground transportation or hospitality (nice to have) • Experience managing travel budgets, event expenditure or supplier costs (nice to have) • Additional language skills relevant to GRID's tournament regions (nice to have)
