📋 Description

• Lead crop protection and fertilizer sales and gross profit initiatives across Griffin’s network • Manage vendor programs, pricing structures, and rebate negotiations to ensure optimal value and profitability • Oversee chemistry and fertilizer inventory control, registration, and compliance coordination • Serve as the primary liaison between Griffin and these suppliers, driving joint product and marketing initiatives • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, and the GGSPro team to strengthen product positioning and customer engagement • Develop and execute sales and marketing programs, train staff, and track performance results • Represent Griffin at vendor meetings, trade shows, and industry associations such as RISE and Prokoz

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 5–7 years of progressive experience in business management, product line management, or vendor relations within the horticulture, agriculture, or chemical industries • Proven success in pricing strategy, sales growth, and vendor program management • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams • Ability to travel up to 50% for vendor meetings and field visits • Experience working with major manufacturers (J.R. Peters, ICL, Syngenta, BASF, Valent, etc.) preferred
