• Deliver engaging teaching and learning experiences that support students’ professional growth, counselling capability, and readiness for practice. • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to counselling students undertaking practice-based learning and placement experiences. • Coordinate courses and contribute to curriculum enhancement to ensure contemporary, industry aligned learning outcomes. • Build and maintain strong partnerships with professional bodies, community organisations, and internal stakeholders to support student learning and program quality. • Contribute to scholarship, service, and governance activities that strengthen the counselling discipline and the broader School community.
• A postgraduate qualification in counselling, counselling psychology, or a closely related discipline. • Current registration or clinical membership with a recognised professional body such as PACFA or ACA, together with recognised clinical supervisor status. • Demonstrated experience providing counselling supervision, clinical education, and/or practice-based learning support. • Experience teaching, coordinating courses, or developing curriculum within a higher education setting, with a student-centred approach to learning. • The ability to build effective relationships with students, colleagues, industry partners, and professional stakeholders, while contributing to scholarship and service activities.
