• The Deployment (Architecting the Engine): Take client’s 'Digital Twins' and marketing assets, ingesting them into the Grip ecosystem • Define the Logic: Organize the configuration of the 'Brain' of the system. • Build the Pipelines: Set up workflows that combine 3D renders, 2D layers, and AI-generated elements into a final image • Client Embedding & Strategy: Work directly with the client's Marketing Ops and Creative Directors, showing them how to restructure data for automation • Knowledge Capture & Scale: Capture data, logic patterns, and tooling in the field, documenting not just what was built, but why it works • Raise the Bar: Systematizing hard-won solutions to continuously raise the technical maturity of Grip deployments.
• Strong Technical Foundation: Proficient in Python or Javascript/Typescript for writing automation scripts and configuring JSON/YAML logic • Data Wrangling: Comfortable with APIs, CSVs, and structuring product data (PIM/DAM integration) • Visual Tech Fluency (nice to have): Familiarity with the concepts of CGI & 3D Pipelines • Customer-Facing Confidence: Ability to explain technical trade-offs to both engineers and executives—without arrogance or fluff • Resilience: Ability to thrive in the 'Fog of War' during a deployment
