📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of project managers and coordinators, setting clear expectations and a consistent standards for project delivery across the INDG Fashion vertical. • Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring timelines, scope, budget and quality are aligned from kick-off through final delivery. • Define, implement and continuously improve project management best practices, tools and workflows that help teams move faster without compromising quality. • Act as the central connector between CGI, production, technology and client teams, anticipating risks and resolving issues before they impact delivery. • Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients, building trusted, long-term relationships grounded in transparency and reliability. • Translate client goals into clear scopes and actionable project plans, providing strategic input that goes beyond execution. • Partner with sales and account teams to identify upsell and account expansion opportunities and help turn them into concrete outcomes. • Monitor project health and progress closely (resourcing, risks, timelines, and delivery quality) and step in decisively when adjustments are needed. • Own revenue progress tracking, forecasting and reporting alignment with vertical lead and finance teams. • Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement within the project management team.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within the fashion industry, preferably in a digital or technology-driven environment. • Proven experience leading project teams in a complex, client-facing environment. • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate and guide teams through pressure and ambiguity. • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, applied pragmatically rather than rigidly. • Exposure to commercial discussions such as upselling, account growth, or long-term client partnerships. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across teams and with clients at different levels. • Experience in digital production, CGI, or a technology-driven creative environment. • Background in fashion, retail or consumer product industries.
