📋 Description

• Serves as the lead for planning, coordinating, and executing organizational change management (OCM) strategies for clinical informatics initiatives. • Ensures smooth adoption of new systems, workflows, and interoperability solutions across VHA facilities. • Develops communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs aligned with Agile delivery and clinical safety standards. • Demonstrated expertise in Agile environments (e.g., supporting PI planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder readiness) • Prosci or similar OCM frameworks (ADKAR model) • Communication and training development for clinical and technical audiences • Familiarity with VA VistA/CPRS, Cerner Millennium/Oracle Health, and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or related field • 8 years of experience in change management or organizational development roles within healthcare or federal health IT programs. • 5+ years implementing change strategies for clinical informatics systems, EHR transitions, or interoperability projects
