• Responsible for the development and implementation of regional sales strategies • Drive sales operations in line with best practice • Manage and nurture relationships with partners across key recruitment channels • Develop sales and marketing campaigns to strategically distinguish UNSW from competitors • Responsible for the delivery of the University’s market and channel diversification strategies • Lead on pipeline and CRM improvements as well as conversion strategies • Represent the University at student recruitment events • Provide expert knowledge and insights on market trends • Conduct and report on analysis of sales data in a regular and timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant tertiary level qualifications in a business-related discipline • Substantial, demonstrated experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the international higher education sector • Proven track record of successful performance and sales management to achieve targets across both B2B and direct channels • Knowledge of sales and account management with experience in shaping strategy and implementing sales plans • Strong track record in executing conversion and retention strategies through a CRM • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • High-level written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Ability to apply judgement, creativity, and flexibility to generate new and innovative ideas
