• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, permission sets, roles, security settings, and access controls • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, and business workflows to support business needs. • Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide meaningful business insights, KPIs, and data-driven decision support. • Provide day-to-day Salesforce support by troubleshooting system issues, resolving user requests, maintaining documentation, and delivering user training when needed • Manage data quality through imports, exports, mass updates, data cleansing, and governance practices while ensuring compliance with organizational standards. • Support Salesforce integrations, deployment activities, and platform enhancements by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure reliable system performance and continuous improvement.
• University degree or requisite professional certification (ADM 201) • 3+ years of experience of Salesforce administration • Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects. • Expert knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning experience. • Understanding of Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party applications. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
