📋 Description

• Manage monthly billing reconciliation for all lines of business, reconcile campaigns, and create invoices for different business lines • Ensure invoices are generated timely and accurately according to client agreements and requirements • Provide end-to-end support to Business Teams and coordinate with Operations, Account Management, Collections, and External Auditors • Assist with month-end close activities, including preparing revenue estimates for all business lines • Maintain documentation supporting monthly activities for audit needs and compliance • Support ad hoc projects and reporting requirements • Review employee expense reports for compliance with company policy • Request receipts and explanations from employees when needed • Perform monthly expense analysis and report variances • Ensure expenses are accurately booked into the financial reporting system • Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested • Work flexible night hours and night shifts to support global clients and timely billing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance • 3-5 years of experience in Billings (OTC) and expense reporting • Experience with Digital media Billing is recommended and a plus • Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills • Ability to quickly identify and resolve data issues/needs • Relevant experience working with large data sets • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel experience, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables • Proven ability to tackle complex business questions, mine data, and generate business-relevant insights communicated simply and thoroughly • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in pressure situations • Independent, self-motivated, success-driven, and willing to work within a team environment • Experience with Oracle Fusion • Experience with Digital media billing • Experience with Salesforce • Advanced Excel knowledge, including macros and SQL • Flexibility to work 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST and night shifts
