📋 Description

• Own the design of complex product features end-to-end, from problem framing and user research to high-fidelity UI and interaction specifications. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle, shaping scope and advocating for user needs. • Contribute to and evolve the design system, building scalable components and establishing consistent patterns across the product. • Run or commission usability studies, synthesize insights, and use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions. • Facilitate design reviews, critique sessions, and workshops, helping align stakeholders and drive decisions forward.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience in digital products. • Strong portfolio with shipped B2B or B2C interfaces. • Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and variables. • Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and interaction design. • Experience working directly with engineers and Product Managers. • Fluency in research methods and the ability to translate insights into design decisions.
