📋 Description

• Design and develop new features for our platforms, both in the back-end with Java/Spring Boot and in the front-end with React. • Create and maintain robust, well-documented RESTful APIs (yes, we value a good Swagger). • Ensure the quality of your deliverables with unit and integration tests that genuinely validate the solution. • Collaborate on the evolution of our microservices architecture, focusing on performance, resilience and how each component fits together. • Actively participate in our agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), helping the team deliver value consistently. • Automate wherever possible! If a Python script can solve a pain point, we encourage it.

🎯 Requirements

• Java and the Spring ecosystem (primarily Spring Boot): it's our foundation. We expect you to be comfortable here. • Modeling and querying relational databases (MySQL): our data is critical, so knowing how to structure and retrieve information efficiently is essential. • Microservices architecture: understand the challenges and benefits of distributed systems. Kafka is our main messaging platform to ensure components communicate properly. • Development best practices: SOLID and Design Patterns are not just for interviews. We actively apply them to avoid creating a software monster in the future. • DevOps culture: you don't need to be an infrastructure expert, but you must understand your application's lifecycle. Knowing how to use Docker to create environments and having a sense of how Kubernetes orchestrates everything is essential. • Day-to-day tools: Git for version control (no git push --force to master, please!), Maven for dependency management, and Postman/Swagger to test and document our APIs. • A foot in Front-end: knowledge of React is important so you can navigate and contribute across the full stack. • Performance is key: have you used Redis? We use it a lot to speed up queries.
