âą Troubleshooting âą Diagnose IT malfunctions (hardware or software) remotely using defined procedures and internal tools (document management system - DMS). âą Identify the resources required to resolve incidents. âą Perform remote troubleshooting across IT and office equipment fleets (hardware, software, networks, etc.). âą Guide users or take remote control to resolve technical issues. âą Adhere to the quality, security and time requirements defined by Interway and its clients. âą Document every intervention: create, track, escalate and close tickets according to established procedures. âą Operational Maintenance (MCO) âą Configure workstations according to user needs and perform functionality tests. âą Apply software updates as part of hardware upgrades or at the customer's request. âą User support âą Provide basic training to users to promote autonomy. âą Provide instructional support when users are getting started with tools.
âą Diploma or experience in IT (equivalent to a two-year post-secondary degree such as BTS/DUT in IT or equivalent). âą Excellent communication skills and comfortable interacting with a variety of stakeholders. âą Responsive, methodical and rigorous when handling technical incidents. âą Familiar with office environments, networks and computer hardware. âą Motivated by problem-solving and customer service. âą Proficient with remote support tools and Windows environments (servers and workstations). âą Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, etc.). âą Understanding of IT security and ITIL best practices (a plus).
