📋 Description

• Troubleshooting • Diagnose IT malfunctions remotely (hardware or software) using defined procedures and internal tools (for example, a document management system). • Identify the resources required to resolve incidents. • Perform remote troubleshooting on IT or office equipment fleets (hardware, software, networks, etc.). • Guide users or take remote control to resolve technical issues. • Adhere to the quality, security and deadline requirements defined by Interway and its clients. • Document every intervention: creation, follow-up, escalation and closure of tickets according to established procedures. • Operational Maintenance (MCO) • Configure workstations according to user needs and perform functionality tests. • Carry out software updates as part of hardware upgrades or on client request. • User support • Provide basic user training to promote user autonomy. • Offer pedagogical support during the initial use of tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or experience in IT (Associate degree/BTS/DUT level or equivalent). • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with diverse interlocutors. • Responsive, methodical and rigorous when handling technical incidents. • Familiar with office environments, networks and IT hardware. • Motivated by problem solving and customer service. • Proficient with remote support tools and Windows environments (servers and workstations). • Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, etc.). • Understanding of IT security principles and ITIL best practices (a plus).
