• Develop and maintain a client portfolio for new and used vehicles • Identify and analyze customer needs to propose appropriate solutions • Negotiate sales terms and close transactions • Ensure thorough follow-up of customer files and completed sales • Apply internal and manufacturer procedures • Conduct market analyses to identify business opportunities • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes • Participate in the implementation of marketing activities to promote commercial offers • Monitor competitors to stay informed of market trends
• Minimum of one year of experience in sales • Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills • Ability to analyze the market and identify business opportunities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Initiative and proactivity • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Results- and customer-satisfaction focused • Good command of IT tools and commercial management software
