📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a customer portfolio through personalized follow-up. • Conduct prospecting activities to identify new potential customers. • Guide customers through the purchasing process, from identifying needs to closing the sale. • Ensure attractive presentation of used vehicles at the point of sale and online. • Negotiate sales terms with customers to meet commercial targets. • Participate in vehicle inventory management and optimize showroom space. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any disputes. • Analyze market trends and propose strategies to improve sales.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an experienced/established sales advisor. • Excellent skills in prospecting and developing new customers. • Strong customer relations skills to ensure optimal satisfaction and retention. • In-depth knowledge of merchandising strategies tailored to the used car market. • Solid negotiation skills to close sales effectively. • Ability to analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions. • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments. • Autonomous and detail-oriented in managing daily tasks. • Enthusiasm for the automotive sector and a commitment to stay informed of market trends.
