📋 Description

• Oversee and maintain the LAN network in operational condition • Manage incidents and service requests, including diagnosis, resolution, and escalation of N2/N3 incidents • Administer and configure network equipment • Implement configuration changes, deployments, updates, and backups • Optimize and secure the network • Monitor performance and conduct capacity planning • Monitor traffic flows and enforce security rules

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a challenging environment • Experience working with enterprise clients • Thoroughness, adaptability, and proactivity • Excellent written communication skills • Proficiency in administering and operating Huawei switches • Knowledge of VLANs, trunks, STP, inter-VLAN routing, and LAN monitoring • Experience with LAN/WAN architectures, IP addressing, static/dynamic routing, DHCP/DNS, and network traffic analysis • Proficiency in administering Palo Alto Networks firewalls, security rules, NAT, filtering, VPNs, and security policies • Valid work authorization required
