📋 Description

• Coordinate and monitor the technical and maintenance budgets and action plans at regional level for the Castets, Montbartier, Angoulême and Bressols sites • Advise and support the region’s four Site Technical Managers • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance plans • Rigorously monitor OPEX of approximately €3.5 million • Produce ad hoc analyses and reports for the Technical Department or the Regional Logistics Director • Ensure building compliance and implementation of regulatory requirements • Monitor the resolution of outstanding items, conduct technical watch activities, and manage relationships with inspection bodies • Monitor new-build projects with the Logistics Project Managers • Prepare investment budgets of approximately €3 million • Lead major maintenance works and equipment replacement projects • Coordinate work carried out by building owners with IMMOLOG and the sites • Manage supplier relationships and maintenance contracts • Define specifications and participate in contract reviews, negotiations and supplier approval processes • Optimize costs • Contribute to the development of continuous improvement standards • Propose topics for committee review and facilitate working groups • Develop performance-monitoring master plans • Work with the National Technical Director in a structuring role

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education qualification, ideally an engineering degree or Master’s degree • Lean certification preferred • Experience in logistics or industry • More than 3 years’ experience supervising multiple sites • Proven experience supporting and managing budgets worth several million euros • Project management skills • Leadership in a matrix or cross-functional management environment • Ability to make strategic and structuring recommendations • Willingness and availability to travel • Strong knowledge of the technical and maintenance aspects of buildings and facilities • Knowledge of ISO 50001, ICPE regulations and statutory requirements
