📋 Description

• Support the monitoring of contract execution • Review and familiarize yourself with the documents related to awarded contracts • Prepare a Contract Modification Request (ARM) for a contract under execution • Support the contractual monitoring of contracts • Support the management of changes requested by contractors or the client • Support the management of claims submitted by contractors or the French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (CEA) • Support contract closeout activities • Review the project risk and opportunity analysis • Support the contractual management of contracts under execution led by an external engineering project management team • Promote best practices in contract management • Promote best practices for monitoring contract execution and managing contracts • Promote awareness of contractual relationships and reciprocal commitments • Promote best practices in contractual dispute management • Lead and oversee the framework agreement • Capture lessons learned, conduct feedback reviews (REX), and drive continuous improvement across all contracts • Conduct lessons-learned reviews for an individual contract, a specific topic, and annually across all contracts monitored by the Contractor

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Contract Management, ideally in a similar role • Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5), preferably in a field related to Contract Management • Nuclear industry experience is a plus • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and ability to structure an approach • Independence and responsiveness
