📋 Description

• Design and execute national and regional franchise growth plans • Identify emerging markets and develop territory prioritization strategies • Represent the brand at industry events, panels, and expos • Oversee the franchise candidate pipeline, ensuring quality and velocity • Implement best practices for lead nurturing, technology usage, and conversion tracking • Conduct advanced screenings and discovery sessions with high-potential candidates • Evaluate financials, operational readiness, and cultural fit • Partner with marketing to refine recruitment campaigns and messaging • Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure FDD accuracy and regulatory adherence • Serve as a subject matter expert in franchise development internally and externally • Deliver regular performance reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership • Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to meet or exceed growth targets • Support and mentor Franchise Development Managers and Coordinators • Share knowledge and contribute to team training and development initiatives • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field and/or a minimum 6–8 years of experience in franchise development, sales, or business development • Proven track record of franchise network expansion and deal closure • Strong understanding of franchise law, FDDs, and regulatory frameworks • Advanced proficiency in technology systems and digital marketing platforms • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills • Equal opportunity employer
