📋 Description

• Support the monitoring of contract execution • Review and familiarize yourself with the documents comprising awarded contracts • Prepare an ARM (contract risk and opportunity analysis) for a contract in execution • Support the contractual monitoring of contracts • Support the management of changes submitted by contractors or the client • Support the management of claims submitted by contractors or the French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (CEA) • Support contract closeout • Review the project risk and opportunity analysis • Support the contractual management of contracts in execution under the supervision of an external engineering management firm • Promote awareness of contractual management best practices • Promote awareness of contract execution monitoring and contractual management • Promote awareness of contractual relationships and mutual commitments • Promote awareness of contractual dispute management • Manage and oversee the framework agreement • Capture lessons learned, conduct experience feedback (REX), and drive continuous improvement across all contracts • Conduct REX for an individual contract • Conduct REX on a specific topic • Prepare an annual REX covering all contracts monitored by the Service Provider

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally, you have significant experience in Contract Management/Contract Administration • Ideally, you hold a master’s degree, preferably in Contract Management or a related field • Experience in the nuclear industry is a plus • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and ability to structure an approach • Self-sufficiency and responsiveness
