📋 Description

• Handle accounting, financial management, and human resources administration for the store • Manage personnel administration and payroll processing in compliance with statutory deadlines • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of business-related data • Analyze data and prepare accounting or management dashboards • Provide recommendations or raise alerts where necessary • Manage human resources activities • Complete recruitment and onboarding-related formalities • Support management with HR development activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, training, and career progression • Contribute to the store’s overall performance

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in a similar role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel • Comfortable using IT tools and software • Meticulous and thorough in carrying out responsibilities • Strong collaboration and cooperation skills, responsiveness, adaptability, and autonomy
