📋 Description

• Contribute to the store’s performance by managing accounting, personnel administration, and payroll • Prepare the financial statements in collaboration with the certified public accountant • Manage general and analytical accounting through to the preparation of the financial statements • Monitor the store’s cash flow • Analyze data and prepare accounting or management dashboards • Manage human resources administration, including personnel administration, onboarding, payroll, and preparation of the DSN declaration • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of activity-related data • Act as a key point of contact for teams and management

🎯 Requirements

• Two-year post-secondary degree (Bac+2) in accounting • At least 3 years’ experience as an accountant • Preferably experience in retail or an accounting firm • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality • Strong organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy • Analytical and summarizing skills • Proficiency in accounting and payroll procedures • Ability to keep knowledge up to date • Comfortable using a range of IT tools
