📋 Description

• Manage and develop the Drive department. • Plan, train, organize, supervise, and lead the team on a daily basis. • Monitor order placement, preparation, and handover to customers. • Ensure high-quality customer service, customer relationship management, dispute resolution, and compliance with Group procedures. • Monitor out-of-stock rates, dashboards, revenue, margins, quotas, and preparation times. • Ensure product availability. • Monitor substitution rates and the consistency of the e-commerce offering. • Report to the Store Director.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in business or commerce, equivalent to a two- or three-year post-secondary qualification. • At least two years of experience as a Department Manager or Assistant Manager. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to unite and motivate teams. • Ability to build trusting, close relationships with customers. • Strong commercial skills and the ability to provide advice and added value.
