• Serve as the primary analytics partner for stakeholder communications, test design, and performance measurement • Design and implement test/control group frameworks for paperless billing campaigns • Partner with marketing stakeholders to define target audiences and exclusion criteria • Respond to ad hoc analytical questions from business stakeholders • Build and maintain dashboards to track test performance and key metrics • Provide guidance on test design methodology and statistical rigor • Document campaign performance and communicate results to non-technical stakeholders • Support CX-related marketing campaign tracking and analysis • Contribute to billing migration analytics projects, including customer segmentation and complexity tiering • Assist with general marketing performance analysis and insights
• 4+ years’ experience in Marketing Analytics • SQL - Strong proficiency required for data extraction and analysis • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and test/control experiments • Ability to create clear, actionable dashboards and reports • Strong data quality and validation skills • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Experience managing high volumes of ad hoc requests • Self-directed with the ability to work independently • Strong attention to detail and documentation practices • Background in marketing analytics, particularly campaign measurement • Experience with customer segmentation and targeting • Familiarity with churn analysis and retention metrics • Previous work in subscription-based businesses a plus. • Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Databricks, or Jupyter Notebooks preferred.
