📋 Description
• Sourcing the devices that power Grover's subscription catalogue across Europe • Work with our Head of Procurement and closely with Category Management • Find available inventory while hitting a 15–20% discount vs RRP • The procurement strategy behind your categories, plus access to trade fairs and industry events as we bring new products on board
🎯 Requirements
• 1-4 years' experience in direct buying/purchasing (within e-commerce or tech companies is preferred) • Knowledge of the consumer electronics B-stock supplier industry in Poland/Eastern Europe is a significant advantage • Strong negotiation and communication skills: you're comfortable talking directly with suppliers • An analytical mindset, confident working with data and spreadsheets • Knowledge of consumer electronics categories (mobile, audio, smart home, TV) is a plus • Organised and detail-oriented: you can manage multiple workstreams at once • A registered freelance setup that allows you to work with clients in Germany • Fluent English (C1+) and Native Polish language skills
