📋 Description

• Support with accounting-related tasks and preparation for the tax advisor • Create and manage invoices • Process and review bank transfers • Support day-to-day organizational tasks • Plan and organize team activities, offsites, and workations • Support internal processes and administrative tasks • Communicate with service providers, partners, and occasionally clients • Support general back-office and operations activities • Provide occasional support with research and planning tasks

🎯 Requirements

• You work in a highly organized, reliable, and independent manner • You have previous commercial, administrative, or organizational experience • You think proactively and identify potential issues before they become problems • You work carefully and in a structured manner • You are communicative and friendly • You are comfortable quickly familiarizing yourself with new topics and tools • You enjoy organizing many different smaller tasks in parallel • You are fluent in German • You can communicate confidently in English, as our team works internationally • Bonus: Experience with accounting, communicating with tax advisors, or working in an agency or startup environment
