📋 Description
• Preparation and submission of statutory accounts, tax returns, and management accounts • Perform bookkeeping reviews and support the bookkeeping team to maintain high standards • Communicate directly with UK clients via email and calls, building strong client relationships • Assist the UK team with business strategy mapping and financial planning support • Manage a small portfolio of clients and ensure timely, accurate delivery of work • Review outputs from the bookkeeping team, holding them accountable to agreed KPIs • Split workload: 75% compliance and client communication, 25% internal planning and business development
🎯 Requirements
• CPA license is a must • At least 3 years’ experience in general or tax accounting • Prior experience working with an overseas employer is highly desirable • Strong written and spoken English communication skills • Skilled in MS Office programs; familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or Dext (Receipt Bank) is a plus • Comfortable speaking with clients and handling queries directly • Willing and able to work UK hours
