âą Develop, launch, and optimize gamification mechanics to increase player engagement, retention, and lifetime value; âą Analyze player behavior and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities; âą Create and manage gamification campaigns, tournaments, missions, challenges, and loyalty programs; âą Collaborate closely with CRM, Product, BI, and Marketing teams to deliver engaging player experiences; âą Monitor market trends and competitor activities to introduce innovative gamification solutions; âą Prepare reports and recommendations based on campaign performance and player insights.
âą 2+ years of experience in Gamification, CRM, Product Marketing, Retention, or a related role within iGaming; âą Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs, player segmentation, and retention metrics; âą Hands-on experience managing gamification tools, campaigns, and engagement mechanics; âą Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment; âą Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
