📋 Description
• Assist with process mapping activities across all Grow Financial business units. • Documentation, data gathering and analysis. • Assistance on other Business Transformation projects. • Frequent collaboration with other areas of the credit union expected.
🎯 Requirements
• Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university. • One year prior work experience required. • Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Experience with Visio or other visualization tools preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with credit union personnel. • Ability to work independently. • Ability to learn complex skills or software with minimal supervision.
