📋 Description

• Guide and unblock Senior Engineers on complex technical challenges • Lead technical design and architecture decisions for major features • Collaborate with the Director of Engineering and Product team on long-term technical strategy • Review code and provide technical mentorship across your squad • Drive engineering best practices around testing, observability, and code quality • Participate in daily standups and bi-weekly sprint planning sessions • Ship code alongside your team while maintaining technical leadership responsibilities • Identify and resolve technical debt and performance bottlenecks • Contribute to infrastructure decisions and GitOps workflows • Ensure features are properly instrumented for monitoring and debugging

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience building and scaling production web applications • Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and full-stack development • Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring engineers • Strong architectural and system design skills
