📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences as an Affiliate Manager at GrowthAssistant. • Oversee customer experience (CX) channels to ensure prompt, friendly responses and proactive issue resolution. • Build and nurture affiliate relationships while engaging with the social media community. • Focus on employee growth within a supportive team environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a CX operator across multiple channels with a proactive approach to customer support. • Strong problem-solving skills, able to navigate multiple systems to resolve issues. • Proven remote work experience and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including 3PL partners. • Experience monitoring and replying to reviews and social media, with an engaging, customer-focused approach. • Ability to turn around negative experiences into positive outcomes. • No prior affiliate experience needed, but a strong interest in learning and managing affiliate relationships.
