📋 Description
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures, especially around sweepstakes and gambling-related content • Monitor affiliate marketing campaigns to ensure compliance with advertising standards, terms of service, and jurisdictional regulations • Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments across internal operations and affiliate partnerships • Act as a liaison with regulators, (external) legal advisors, and external stakeholders • Stay current with developments in gambling legislation (U.S., Canada, EU, etc.) and online marketing rules (e.g., Google/Facebook/FTC guidelines) • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on compliance best practices • Lead incident management and resolution of any regulatory breaches or affiliate misconduct • Review and approve content, marketing materials, and affiliate creatives • Maintain comprehensive records and reports related to compliance activities
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience (3–5+ years) in a compliance, legal, or regulatory role in the online gambling or digital marketing industry • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and risk assessment capabilities • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and remote-friendly environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Compliance, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Strong knowledge of sweepstakes laws, online gambling frameworks (e.g., U.S. state laws, MGA, UKGC), and advertising standards • Familiarity with affiliate networks, traffic monitoring tools, and campaign analytics (preferred) • Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations (preferred) • Additional languages (especially Spanish, German, or Portuguese) are a plus (preferred)
