📋 Description
• Leading a team of three strong leaders • Democratizing financial intelligence across the organization • Driving meaningful EBITDA margin improvement across all functions • Delivering self-serve dashboards, templatized reporting, and real-time P&L visibility across functions • Creating a high-performing, motivated team
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years leadership experience in a high-growth, profitable business • Some level of physical inventory experience (CPG, retail, e-commerce, or similar) is a must • Experience leading the functions in scope - finance, accounting, data, and BizOps functions • Experience within a high-growth company that is adapting to public-company practices
