📋 Description

• Promote and sell the company’s products or services in the designated region or market • Work independently, establishing and maintaining relationships with prospective customers • Identify business opportunities and sales strategies • Provide post-sales support to customers • Deliver introductory and refresher training on the Feel Care product line to customer employees • Maintain a strong presence on social media, including LinkedIn and Instagram, as a brand ambassador • Actively prospect for new customers through various strategies • Present products, conduct tests with cleaning chemicals, and highlight features and benefits according to customer needs • Negotiate prices, payment terms, discounts, and other commercial conditions • Close sales, monitor order processing, and ensure on-time delivery • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by fostering trust, loyalty, and ongoing support

🎯 Requirements

• Registration with the Regional Council of Sales Representatives • Basic knowledge of finance, profit margins, production costs, and ROI • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service • Previous sales experience, preferably in wholesale and retail • Basic knowledge of computers and digital sales tools, including CRM and social media • Customer relationship management skills • Availability to travel throughout the Campinas, São Paulo region • Experience in the institutional hygiene sector • Experience selling sanitary paper products and working with consignment or equipment-loan systems • Experience with professional cleaning product lines using dilution systems • An active customer portfolio will be considered an advantage
