📋 Description
• Track task and milestone progress, keeping schedules up to date (Jira, Asana, or similar) • Run status meetings with internal teams and US clients (stand-ups, weekly check-ins) • Identify risks and blockers before they become issues — and escalate when necessary • Prepare progress reports and executive presentations for US stakeholders • Ensure the backlog is prioritized and the team has clarity on upcoming deliverables • Keep all project documentation organized: plans, meeting minutes, status reports, lessons learned • Ensure QA and validation processes are followed before each client delivery • Propose continuous improvements to internal management and execution processes
🎯 Requirements
• 2–3 years coordinating IT projects • Advanced or fluent English • Proficiency with tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp) • Experience with agile methodologies • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience with AI, chatbots, or automation • PMP, PSM, or equivalent certification • Experience in international, remote-first environments • Knowledge of NLP, LLMs, or AI platforms
