đ Description
⢠Visit all stores in the network regularly to monitor service performance. ⢠Train salespeople, store managers and leaders on the company's service offerings, ensuring technical proficiency and confidence in sales discussions. ⢠Act as a knowledge multiplier, sharing service-focused approach, negotiation and closing techniques. ⢠Monitor service sales KPIs such as adoption, conversion, penetration and revenue. ⢠Identify challenges, objections and bottlenecks that impact service sales in stores. ⢠Develop action plans to improve results and increase the contribution of services to revenue. ⢠Ensure standardization of service offering, contracting and after-sales processes.

⢠Results-oriented ⢠Basic Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) and experience using internal systems ⢠Experience in retail and store operations ⢠Experience selling services, insurance or financial products is a plus ⢠Sales and negotiation techniques ⢠Ability to teach and develop people
