• Supervise, develop, and strengthen the sales of services offered by Novalar • Train and develop the sales teams at the company's retail stores • Ensure a proper understanding of value-added products • Improve service-related KPIs and increase commercial performance • Support all stores in the network through regular visits to monitor service performance • Train sales associates, managers, and leaders on the services offered • Promote service-focused approaches, negotiation, and closing techniques • Monitor adoption, conversion, penetration, and revenue KPIs • Identify challenges, objections, and bottlenecks that affect service sales • Develop action plans to improve results and increase the contribution of services to revenue • Ensure standardized processes for service presentation, contracting, and after-sales support
• High school diploma • Results-oriented mindset • Basic Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and familiarity with internal systems • Experience in retail and store operations • Experience selling services, insurance, or financial products is a plus • Sales and negotiation techniques • Ability to teach and develop people • Availability to support all stores in the network and conduct regular visits • Driver's license, as the license category is required during the mandatory registration process
