📋 Description

• Build, maintain and analyze data tables, KPIs, reports and corporate dashboards. • Support leadership decision-making and ensure the quality, consistency and continuity of the department's deliverables. • Create, update and maintain reports, dashboards and analytical datasets using Power BI, Excel, SQL and other corporate tools. • Support the calculation and analysis of performance, sales, expenses, budget, targets, forecasts and other strategic topics for the area. • Extract, clean, validate and reconcile data from multiple sources. • Investigate discrepancies between datasets, reports and systems, proposing corrections and improvements. • Support automation of manual processes and recurring routines. • Prepare management analyses with a critical view on variances, trends, deviations and opportunities. • Collaborate with partner teams to gather information, understand business rules and validate results. • Document rules, assumptions, data sources and criteria used in analyses. • Ensure deadlines are met, information quality is maintained and internal client needs are met. • Support projects to evolve data environments, KPIs and information governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced Power BI. • Intermediate DAX. • Intermediate Power Query. • Intermediate SQL. • Advanced Excel. • Basic knowledge of data modeling. • Knowledge of financial, commercial or operational KPIs. • Desired: knowledge of Python, Azure, Data Factory or automation tools. • Organized with a strong sense of priorities. • Analytical mindset. • Attention to detail. • Good communication with business stakeholders. • Proactive problem-solving attitude. • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple concurrent demands. • Collaborative mindset. • Curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement.
