• Manage the flow of import and export purchase orders, overseeing all stages of the operation through to delivery of the goods • Monitor shipments, customs clearance procedures and documentation, ensuring compliance with legislation and established deadlines • Maintain relationships with suppliers, customs brokers, carriers and internal stakeholders to align operations • Control operational costs, process financial entries and monitor payments related to foreign trade operations • Identify and resolve operational incidents, proposing improvements to increase process efficiency • Prepare KPIs and management reports, and keep systems and internal controls up to date • Provide technical support and guidance to P.O. Management Assistants in day-to-day operational routines
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in International Trade, International Relations, Logistics or related fields • Proven experience in import and international trade operations • Knowledge of customs legislation, special regimes and tax rules • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills • Analytical, organized and proactive profile, with good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
