📋 Description

• Identify automation opportunities and use AI tools, especially Claude, to build scalable work interfaces and workflows • Support management in setting goals, building business models, and developing initiatives to accelerate internal processes • Improve hunting team management by providing visibility into performance, priorities, and operational bottlenecks through dashboards and funnel organization • Develop automated solutions for generating and qualifying real estate partner leads and standardize operational learnings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field • Strong analytical skills and experience, a data-driven mindset, and a problem-solving approach • Familiarity with database management, Google Sheets, Google Workspace, and Excel • Previous experience in Business Operations (BizOps), Customer Success, Finance, or related areas • Practical knowledge and experience using Artificial Intelligence tools—especially Claude—for automation and prompt/workflow creation • Knowledge of the real estate market, go-to-market strategy, or sales funnels
