📋 Description

• Conduct profitability, margin and operational efficiency analyses (by brand and channel) • Perform comprehensive income statement (P&L) analysis, identifying variances vs. budget/forecast and supporting understanding of the main drivers of results • Cash flow and working capital analyses • Modeling: evaluation of projects, business cases, scenarios and initiatives • Develop actionable insights from an integrated review of financial and operational results • Support identification and analysis of economic and financial impacts, especially in higher-volatility scenarios • Support the preparation and execution of the annual budget (and subsequent revisions) • Consolidate financial projections and support alignment and consistency of information across departments • Support goal setting and performance monitoring • Prepare presentations with quality, consistency and a clear narrative • Engage with organizational leadership to review results and align on actions • Contribute to the evolution of financial reporting maturity • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) • Conduct market and competitor benchmarking • Propose improvements focused on efficiency and profitability • Support and lead FP&A improvement and automation initiatives together with leadership • Reduce manual tasks and increase data reliability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields • Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Strategy or related areas • Advanced Excel • Strong knowledge of corporate finance • Experience in financial planning (FP&A) • Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
