📋 Description

• Edit VSL videos with strategic pacing, intelligent cuts, and transitions designed to drive engagement and conversion • Perform color grading, audio adjustments, and framing corrections • Download professionally recorded footage from the production company • Create dynamic cuts, zooms, and strategic emphasis • Use basic text animations, transitions, music tracks, inserts, and graphic elements to reinforce the copy’s narrative • Use AI tools to accelerate editing workflows • Upload finalized videos to Vturb • Analyze the performance of previous videos and suggest improvements • Monitor AI trends in the video-editing market and bring in references and new approaches • Mentor new editors and serve as a technical point of reference • Suggest structural improvements to increase sales performance • Participate in meetings to track project requirements • Ensure on-time delivery, technical quality, and organized files • Conduct technical and creative reviews of materials produced by junior editors • Assist with training junior editors • Test new solutions and recommend implementations • Record video tutorials covering editing processes • Work with the traffic team to understand video performance and make data-driven creative improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Fully familiar with the company’s VSL standards • Able to deliver videos that are 100% compliant with company standards and require no corrections • High school diploma • Experience with Adobe Premiere • Knowledge of color grading, audio adjustments, and framing • Knowledge of basic text animations, transitions, music tracks, inserts, and graphic elements • Knowledge of AI editing tools, including deepfakes, avatars, voice and character cloning, background creation, audio adjustments, and the generation of supplementary visual compositions • Ability to analyze video performance and suggest improvements • Ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency and impact • Ability to conduct technical and creative reviews • Availability to work full-time
