📋 Description

• Edit videos for ads, creatives, and VSLs, with a focus on conversion and performance • Apply cuts, music tracks, captions, and graphic elements aligned with the brand’s visual identity • Organize raw footage, create selects, and keep file and project workflows up to date • Use AI tools for optimization, captioning, dubbing, and visual enhancement • Participate in tests of formats, hooks, and editing styles, contributing ideas and industry trends • At more advanced levels, lead post-production processes, review other editors’ work, and ensure the aesthetic and strategic consistency of deliverables • Collaborate with Copywriting, Traffic, and Video Direction professionals in Editing Squads • Develop high-impact content for digital marketing performance

🎯 Requirements

• Up-to-date portfolio featuring Reels, Shorts, TikToks, VSLs, or performance ads • Computer with a suitable configuration for professional video editing • Knowledge of and experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut (Desktop) • After Effects is a plus • Knowledge of Premiere Composer and FilmImpact • Familiarity with AI tools such as Minimax, Dubsmart, Dreamface, Sync Labs, Arcads, ChatGPT 4.5, Gemini Pro, Leonardo.AI, and HeyGen • Degree in Film, Audiovisual Production, or a related field is a plus • For more senior levels: proven experience in Direct Response (DR) operations and editing high-converting VSLs
