📋 Description

• Execute the reversal of monthly provisions and clear items in designated accounts, ensuring a clean general ledger and accurate expense recognition by accounting period • Perform thorough and complex account reconciliations, investigating variances and correcting any discrepancies • Analyze and execute accounting reclassifications, ensuring accurate allocation to cost centers and balance sheet/income statement accounts • Use the SAP ERP system daily to perform accounting routines • Use Google Workspace for controls and reporting • Use Slack for communication and alignment with the team and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting • Solid hands-on experience with accounting close routines, provision preparation, reconciliations, and accounting reclassifications in medium-sized or large companies • Highly analytical and organized, with a strong focus on meeting the close schedule • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work collaboratively • SQL skills for data extraction and cross-referencing (a plus) • Familiarity with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) to support automation and efficiency projects within the department (a plus) • Professional accounting registration (CRC) (a plus)
