• We are looking for a leader for Grupo Boticário’s B2B team, responsible for leading high-impact strategic initiatives. • Your primary mission will be to lead projects end-to-end, participating in solution design and acting as the link between Business, Finance and Technology, ensuring operational efficiency and data intelligence to support channel growth.
• Process Mapping: Experience in designing and optimizing business flows (BPMN, Lean or Six Sigma). • Project Management: Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional approaches (PMI). • Data Culture: Knowledge of data structuring/governance and analytics tools (Power BI or Tableau). • Financial and B2B Perspective: Understanding of the commercial and operational dynamics of the FMCG market. Basic corporate finance knowledge. • Analytical Thinking: Ability to solve complex problems with logical and pragmatic solutions. • Communication and Influence: Skill in engaging and mobilizing cross-functional teams (Tech, Finance and Commercial). • Team Management: Experience managing teams in managerial roles.
