📋 Description

• Work on a digital product squad focused on Direct Sales • Develop cutting-edge Generative AI solutions to support the Sales Force and drive business KPIs • Serve as a technical support point, solving complex problems, guiding the technical vision, and reducing technical debt • Build backend solutions focused on performance, simplicity, code quality, and user experience • Build and test Proofs of Concept involving GenAI technologies • Write automated unit and E2E tests • Conduct Code Reviews and use Pair Programming • Monitor usage, error, and system stability metrics, ensuring accurate data tagging • Design improvements, identify optimization opportunities, and keep technical documentation up to date • Participate in technical and product decisions • Collaborate with the team through transparent communication and problem-solving guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Strong practical expertise in Node.js • Experience with the full automated testing pyramid: unit, integration, and E2E testing • Quality analysis using Sonar • Experience with relational databases (RDS) and non-relational databases (DocumentDB, DynamoDB) • Experience with AWS services, including EC2, Secrets Manager, and ElastiCache for Redis • Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka and SQS • Building and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions • Implementing logs, metrics, and distributed tracing • Knowledge of secure coding best practices and vulnerability/incident resolution • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in agile squads (Scrum/Kanban) within multilingual environments • Analytical, inquisitive, and pragmatic approach, with a broad architectural perspective • Preferred: experience using GitHub Copilot or Cursor • Preferred: experience integrating LLM APIs, agent platforms, or GenAI engines • Preferred: frontend experience
