📋 Description

• Serve as the technical focal point for the architecture, development, and evolution of highly available, high-transaction-volume microservices • Technically lead the development of scalable, resilient, and secure solutions for Grupo Boticário’s digital platform • Design and evolve decoupled microservices using Java and Kotlin • Promote design patterns, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles • Ensure high coverage of unit, integration, and end-to-end tests • Apply observability, fault-handling, and outage-tolerant system strategies • Act as a technical reference, conduct code reviews, and share best practices • Optimize applications and database queries for periods of high demand • Design and implement data pipelines and distributed messaging systems • Identify and resolve critical technical debt • Ensure CI/CD automation for continuous deployment in a secure cloud environment • Lead technical discussions with Product and Design teams • Proactively monitor and respond to production incidents, ensuring SLAs are met

🎯 Requirements

• Strong command of Java (modern versions) or Kotlin • Extensive use of the Spring / Spring Boot ecosystem • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture • Experience consuming and creating REST APIs • Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, SOLID, and design patterns • Practical knowledge of event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka • Experience with relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (NoSQL) • Experience with unit and integration testing • Focus on performance, security, and code reviews • Experience with CI/CD, Git, monitoring, production logging, and root-cause analysis/troubleshooting • Strong quality mindset, abstraction skills, mentoring/team collaboration abilities, and adaptability • Position exclusively for people with disabilities
