📋 Description

• Develop solutions for complex problems that regularly require creativity and innovation. • Act as a steward, together with other leaders, of engineering best practices and rituals such as: preparing and reviewing Tech Design Documents and ADRs (Architecture Decision Records), DORA metrics, Cloud cost management, among others. • Lead and take responsibility for incident resolution. • Provide assistance to other developers for incident resolution. • Write and test code incrementally, in an agile manner, and well documented. • Perform code reviews and help colleagues with difficult design decisions. • Test, deploy and monitor your code in production continuously. • Develop new tools to assist and optimize the work of the entire team. • Interact with peers across teams to evolve our ecosystem. • Work on strategic projects for Grupo Boticário. • Maintain our registration platform, identifying issues, root causes and impacts. • Evolve and decide, together with the team, the future of our registration platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing, implementing and delivering software solutions to production. • Knowledge of software development best practices using SOLID, Hexagonal Architecture, Clean Architecture, EDA and DDD. • Experience with Cloud-Native architectures and development, with practical experience in AWS. • Familiarity with essential services for high availability (e.g., S3, SQS/SNS, Lambda/ECS/EKS, RDS). • Proficiency in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot. • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB). • Knowledge of Kafka. • Understanding of data structures. • Experience with microservices. • Experience with monitoring and logging. • Experience with scheduled tasks. • Knowledge of REST and event-driven design. • Experience with unit and integration testing. • A critical mindset regarding performance and security. • Practical knowledge of and commitment to the principles of the Test Pyramid to design and implement an efficient automated testing strategy with low maintenance cost. • Focus on software quality, system evolution, problem decomposition and abstraction. • Ability to learn new practices, technologies, programming languages and engineering cultures. • Proficiency with Git or another collaborative version control system. • Ability to conduct root cause analysis for software issues. • Experience with load testing. • Ability to mediate conflicts and help refine stories.
