📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership and collaborate in identifying and solving complex technical challenges in the Bonus Management product • Provide technical support, insights, and guidance based on industry best practices • Define and ensure quality standards and internal processes, and conduct root cause analyses (RCA) for incidents • Guide the application of Information Security policies (Security by Design) across microservices • Develop features and resolve medium- to high-complexity incidents, prioritizing quality and performance • Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and lead efficiency and scalability optimizations • Collaborate with Product, the Tech Manager, and developers in planning and designing the architecture for new features and improvements • Explore and implement technological innovations, including Artificial Intelligence • Provide technical mentoring and share knowledge and best practices • Develop and maintain the Bonus Management product’s technical documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript • Extensive experience with cloud architecture and services (AWS and GCP / Google Cloud) • Ability to compare technologies, perform trade-off analyses, and evaluate/define the best solutions (messaging/queues, microservices, databases, etc.) • Experience designing and optimizing scalable, resilient, highly available architectures for highly complex and mission-critical scenarios • Experience with and/or interest in exploring and implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions, with practical knowledge of relevant concepts • Previous knowledge of or experience in the finance, accounting, or payments industry is a plus • Experience migrating large-scale legacy systems, such as SAP, is a plus • Ability to work in highly dynamic environments and demonstrate flexibility • Pragmatic, proactive profile with autonomy and an ownership mindset • Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment, with sensitivity to individual differences and neurodiversity • Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for leading through influence, mentoring, and collaborating with teams and partner departments (FP&A and Accounting)
