📋 Description

• Work on the Agent Platform team, a centralized platform for creating, managing, and running LLM agents across Grupo Boticário’s business channels • Build an agent development platform that enables functional teams to independently leverage GenAI • Partner with the Tech Lead to bring the products’ technical vision to life • Write clean code and optimized algorithms • Actively participate in technical reviews to keep the squad’s technical debt low • Implement and evolve the Agent Platform interface in collaboration with Product and Design • Ensure product quality through testing, accessibility, journey tagging/analytics, and frontend observability • Implement frontend and backend solutions focused on quality, performance, best practices, simplicity, and user experience • Develop, unit test, deploy, and monitor solutions • Improve applications, identify opportunities, make recommendations, and design and implement systems • Participate in product implementation decisions • Maintain, improve, and review existing code through Code Reviews and Pair Programming • Keep documentation up to date • Work collaboratively and seek innovative, viable solutions to problems

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in web development using React • Strong experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and E2E) • Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Sonar • Knowledge of the AWS platform • Familiarity with secure development, security assessments, vulnerabilities, and incident response • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban • Ability to work autonomously in a cross-functional, multi-language, and collaborative environment • Pragmatic approach to problem-solving • Proactive, inquisitive, and analytical mindset, with the ability to apply systems thinking to in-depth analysis • Ability to discuss frontend trade-offs and communicate effectively with Design and Product • Experience using AI assistants in the development workflow, such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor • Strong communication skills and ability to align with business needs • Experience integrating LLM APIs, GenAI engines, or agent platforms • Experience developing and deploying LLM-based solutions in production environments • Experience in backend development with Python and Django or an equivalent framework, with the autonomy to evolve the BFF alongside the frontend
